Thinking of 25 things to say about yourself is harder than it may seem. This was originally going to be 100 things, then since I couldn't even think of 50 things, I pared it down to 25.

  1. I once hit a bear, with my car, in town. On a busy street. He ran off after I hit him.
  2. I am a bit of a technophile. I have a desktop computer, a laptop, and an iPhone.
  3. I love stand-up comedy more than music, more than movies, more than TV. Comedy is my entertainment of choice. I don't love all stand-up comedy, but what I do love, I love with a passion.
  4. I've never tried smoking cigarettes, nor tried any illegal drugs.
  5. My dad says when I was a toddler, I fell from the second floor balcony into a snow bank.
  6. The creepiest thing for me is taxidermy. I would classify it as a moderate phobia.
  7. I love really bad horror flicks. And good ones too. But bad horrors are sheer comedy.
  8. Organized religions in general do not make sense to me.
  9. I consider the speed limit to mean "+10".
  10. I hate listening to current music on the radio. They overplay everything and it sounds mostly the same.
  11. I love nachos.
  12. I took ballet and tap lessons in my preteen years.
  13. My skin never tans and I never try to tan it. The only colors I can be are white as a ghost or red as a lobster, and being a ghosty isn't painful.
  14. I'm allergic to cats and grass. And I have 3 cats. And I've never met anyone else who is allergic to grass.
  15. I'm very organized and tidy. Everything in its place. Messes make me feel chaotic.
  16. I rarely wear make-up. I think it looks weird on me.
  17. I hate fish, even sushi. I tried to like it!
  18. I want to learn how to bellydance.
  19. And do karate.
  20. I have seen Dave Attell, Mike Birbiglia, Bill Cosby, Lewis Black, Mitch Hedberg, Margaret Cho, Patton Oswalt, Jackie Kashian, Maria Bamford, Nick Swardson, Greg Behrendt, Doug Benson, Dave Mordal, Lynn Shawcroft, Todd Barry, Bonnie McFarlane, Rich Vos, Louie Anderson, Scott Hansen, and Tim Slagle perform live. And many more comics. In fact, I've seen Attell 8 times, and several of the others a couple times each.
  21. As far as live concerts go, I've seen Tom Petty & the Heartbreakers, Rob Thomas, and Rilo Kiley.
  22. I floss daily.
  23. I can't lie. I get hyper-guilty, it's too stressful to even bother.
  24. My favorite color is grey.
  25. I love learning about serial killers.
