Richard Pryor
First Pat Morita, and now Richard Pryor. My comedy world is hurting.
I love most comedians like they’re my own children. Every time I see a comic on stage, I feel so scared and so proud for them, like that’s my baby up there, givin’ it his/her all. When I lose one of my babies, that’s a part of me that’s gone forever.
I drink to brother Pryor tonight. One of my eldest, original babies.
